PeopleNav was founded by Hugh Hawthorne who brings two decades of experience in Employee Engagement, Leadership Consulting and People Analytics.

 

Hugh is passionate about applying data science to enable organisations to drive an evidence-based approach to people strategy and employee experience.

Hugh’s approach blends a unique set of capabilities including organisational psychology, machine learning and executive insight “story-telling”. His approach enables organisations and their leaders to intuitively make sense of their people and survey data, unlock insights and spot organisational risks and opportunities.

Hugh is a member of the Association for Business Psychology and the Society for People Analytics. He is certified in a range of survey, psychometric and organisational network analysis tools. He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience.
